Like all fine furniture made with natural wood and genuine wood veneer, proper care is essential to preserving its appearance and performance over time.
Natural Materials. Simple Care.
HEAVEN furniture is designed for everyday use, but natural wood and wood veneer should be cared for like fine furniture.
For bathroom cabinetry, water-resistant does not mean waterproof. Standing water, direct shower spray, and prolonged moisture exposure can damage wood, veneer, and finishes.
• EVERYDAY CARE — Wipe surfaces with a soft microfiber cloth. When necessary, use a slightly damp cloth with mild, non-abrasive soap. Always dry the surface after cleaning.
• WATER & MOISTURE — Wipe splashes promptly and do not allow standing water to remain on finished surfaces, drawer fronts, doors, joints, or seams. Avoid direct water exposure and prolonged contact with moisture.
• VENTILATION — In bathrooms, use an exhaust fan during and after showers. If condensation forms on the furniture, wipe the surface dry.
• WHAT NOT TO USE — Avoid abrasive cleaners, scrub pads, bleach, ammonia, acetone, strong solvents, alcohol-based cleaners, steam cleaners, and Magic Erasers. These products may damage the protective finish or underlying material.
• NATURAL WOOD & VENEER — Natural wood and genuine wood veneer vary in grain, color, figure, and texture. These variations are part of the material's natural character and are not defects. Wood may gradually deepen or shift in tone with exposure to daylight and UV light.
• COSMETICS & HOUSEHOLD PRODUCTS — Cosmetics, hair products, soaps, oils, perfumes, and household products may contain ingredients that can stain or damage finished surfaces. Wipe spills promptly and dry the affected area.
• HEAT & SHARP OBJECTS — Do not place hot styling tools or other hot objects directly on finished surfaces or inside drawers unless specifically designed for that use. Avoid dragging sharp, rough, or heavy objects across finished surfaces.
• DRAWERS, DOORS & BLUM HARDWARE — Use drawers and doors normally and do not force them beyond their intended range. Blum concealed hinges and drawer slides are adjustable; minor alignment adjustments may occasionally be needed after installation and normal use.
• AFTER INSTALLATION — Make sure drawers and doors open and close freely. Wall-mounted cabinetry should remain level and securely attached to the supporting structure. For bathroom vanities, make sure plumbing components do not rub against or place pressure on drawer boxes or plumbing cutouts.

Damage resulting from improper installation, standing water, excessive moisture, direct water exposure, misuse, impact, improper cleaning, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Natural variations and changes in wood grain, color, figure, and texture are characteristics of genuine wood and wood veneer and are not considered defects.
