HEAVEN reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or unavailability of materials.
All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment partners. You agree to pay all applicable charges for your purchase.

Production, Shipping & Delivery

Our pieces are handcrafted to order. Standard production time is 2–3 weeks, followed by delivery through insured freight carriers.
While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, HEAVEN is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the item is handed over to the carrier.
