Furniture is securely strapped to a sturdy wooden pallet to minimize movement during transit.

Most HEAVEN furniture is delivered by freight carrier due to its size and weight.
Please inspect the packaging and pallet upon arrival. If you notice visible damage, take photographs before removing or discarding the packaging.
If your furniture arrives damaged or defective, contact HEAVEN within 3 days of delivery and include your order number, photos of the affected area, and photos of the packaging.
Please keep all original packaging until the furniture has been fully inspected.
