Yes. Our collections can often be adapted to your project. We can modify dimensions, materials, finishes, hardware, drawer configurations, and other details depending on the model.
Can you create a completely custom vanity from my design?
Yes. We can manufacture from your concept, sketch, inspiration image, PDF, or CAD drawings. For more complex projects, our team can review the design and determine the best manufacturing approach.
Can you manufacture a vanity from an architect's or designer's drawings?
Yes. We work with architects, interior designers, builders, and other design professionals and can manufacture according to approved project documentation.
Can you create curved or radius vanities?
Yes. Curved and radius cabinetry is one of our specialties. We can develop custom curved elements based on project dimensions and design requirements.

Yes. We can work with modern, contemporary, minimalist, transitional, and other architectural styles. Custom proportions, materials, finishes, and details can be developed to fit the overall interior.

In many cases, yes. Send us the reference image together with your desired dimensions and materials. We will review the design and determine how it can be adapted for production.
Materials & Finishes
What materials do you use?
We craft our floating vanities from premium materials: natural wood veneers, multi-layer plywood drawers, and MDF fronts finished in real wood. Each detail is selected for durability and aesthetic harmony.
What wood species are available?
Depending on the collection and project, options may include White Oak, Walnut, and other wood species. Custom material requests can also be reviewed for specific projects.
Can I choose a custom stain or color?
Yes. We offer a range of stains and finishes, and custom color matching may be available for certain projects. Send us your desired color or reference sample for review.
Can you match Benjamin Moore or another paint color?
Yes. For painted projects, we can work with a specified paint color or color reference. Please provide the brand and color number when requesting a quote.
Can you match existing cabinetry or flooring?
We can review color and material matching requests. For the most accurate match, we recommend providing a physical sample or a manufacturer color reference whenever possible.
Can I order a material or finish sample?
Yes. Samples can be requested for selected materials and finishes. Contact us before ordering if you need to confirm a specific finish for your project.
Will the wood grain look exactly like the photos?
No two pieces of natural wood are identical. Grain pattern, tone, knots, and natural variation may differ from product photography. These variations are part of the character of natural wood.
Construction & Quality
Where are HEAVEN products made?
All HEAVEN products are made to order in New York at our own advanced manufacturing facility. Our production capabilities allow us to execute projects of virtually any technical complexity and scale, from individual custom pieces to larger residential and commercial orders.
We oversee the entire manufacturing process with close attention to precision, material quality, finishing, and assembly.
What materials are used for the cabinet structure?
Depending on the design, we use quality plywood, MDF, veneers, and other engineered materials selected for strength, stability, and the desired finish.
What hardware do you use?
We use premium cabinet hardware selected for durability and smooth operation. Specific hardware can vary by collection and project.
Do your drawers have soft-close hardware?
Yes. Our vanity designs are typically equipped with soft-close drawer hardware. Specific hardware specifications can be confirmed for your selected model.
Are the vanities shipped assembled?
Yes. Every vanity is shipped safely and arrives fully assembled, ready for installation. No flat-packs, no assembly required.
Are your floating vanities structurally safe?
Floating vanities require appropriate wall reinforcement and installation according to the specific mounting system. We provide installation requirements for the selected vanity, but the final wall structure must be verified by the contractor or installer.
Can you provide installation instructions?
Yes. Installation information and requirements can be provided for your selected product. Professional installation is recommended for custom and wall-mounted cabinetry.
Are HEAVEN vanities waterproof?
HEAVEN bathroom vanities are specifically designed for bathroom environments and finished with a durable, water-resistant protective lacquer. This helps protect the wood surfaces from everyday moisture, humidity, and occasional splashes.
However, the vanities are not designed for direct water exposure, prolonged contact with standing water, or submersion. Proper installation, sealing, ventilation, and routine care are essential to maintaining the finish and ensuring long-term durability.
Sinks, Countertops & Plumbing
Can I use my own sink?
Yes. Our vanities can be designed around the sink you select. Please provide the manufacturer’s specifications, including exact dimensions and installation requirements, before production so we can properly coordinate the cabinet, drawers, and plumbing clearances.
Can you make a vanity for a vessel sink?
Yes. We can design the vanity specifically for a vessel sink. The sink dimensions, drain location, countertop thickness, and faucet configuration should be provided during the design and shop drawing stage.
Can you make a vanity for a wall-mounted faucet?
Yes. Wall-mounted faucets can be accommodated. Faucet placement and plumbing requirements should be determined before production so the vanity configuration, sink position, and plumbing clearances can be coordinated correctly.
Can you provide plumbing cutouts?
Yes. We can incorporate plumbing cutouts and clearances into the vanity based on your project requirements. Exact drain and supply locations should be confirmed before the shop drawings are approved for production.
Are the sink, countertop, or faucet included with the vanity?
No. Sinks, countertops, and faucets are not included with our vanities. This allows you to select the materials, fixtures, and finishes that best suit your project and overall bathroom design.
We coordinate the vanity construction with your selected sink and countertop specifications to ensure proper fit and installation.
Can you make a double-sink vanity?
Yes. Double-sink configurations are available for many of our vanity designs. Sink placement, spacing, drawer configuration, and plumbing clearances can all be customized during the design and shop drawing process.
Lead Time, Production & Installation
How long does a custom vanity take?
Our typical production lead time is approximately 4–5 weeks after final shop drawing approval. Timing may vary depending on the design, materials, finish, level of customization, order volume, and current production schedule.
When does the production lead time begin?
The production lead time begins after the required deposit has been received and the final shop drawings, dimensions, configuration, and technical specifications have been reviewed and approved.
Can I request a rush order?
Rush production may be available depending on our current production schedule and the complexity of the project. Please contact us with your required timeline before placing the order, and we will confirm what can realistically be accommodated.
Can you meet a specific project deadline?
We can coordinate production and shipping around your project schedule whenever possible. If you have a specific construction or installation deadline, please provide it before placing the order so we can confirm an appropriate production timeline.
Does HEAVEN provide installation?
HEAVEN does not provide on-site installation. We provide installation instructions with the vanity, and the installation should be completed by a qualified contractor or installer.
If necessary, our team can provide technical guidance and consult with your contractor regarding mounting, clearances, plumbing coordination, and other installation-related questions.

Is shipping included in the price?
Yes. Standard freight shipping within the continental United States is included with our vanity orders.
Additional cabinets, separately ordered components, replacement pieces, and smaller custom orders may require an additional shipping or freight charge. Any applicable charges will be confirmed before the order is placed.
What happens if my shipment arrives damaged?
Although our dedicated pallet packaging keeps the risk of transit damage to a minimum, we recommend inspecting the shipment carefully upon delivery.

Ordering & Pricing
How do I order a HEAVEN bathroom vanity?
Standard configurations can be ordered directly through our online store. If you need a custom size, configuration, material, finish, or a completely custom design, contact us for a project-specific quote.
Can I get a price estimate before placing an order?
Yes. For custom projects, we can provide a preliminary quote based on the dimensions, design, materials, and configuration you provide.
What information do you need to prepare a custom quote?
The more project information you provide, the more accurately we can price your vanity. Ideally, please include:
- Overall dimensions
- Preferred HEAVEN model or reference design
- Wood species or material
- Finish or color
- Single- or double-sink configuration
- Sink type and specifications, if already selected
- Drawings, sketches, or architectural plans
- Reference images
- Delivery location
- Desired project timeline
You do not need to have every technical detail finalized to receive an initial quote. Additional specifications can be coordinated during the shop drawing process.
Can I send CAD or PDF drawings?
Yes. We work with designers, architects, contractors, and homeowners and can review CAD drawings, PDFs, architectural plans, elevations, sketches, and other common project documentation.
Can HEAVEN manufacture my own custom design?
Yes. In addition to customizing our existing designs, HEAVEN can manufacture furniture based on your own drawings, specifications, or reference images. Our team will review the design for manufacturability and coordinate the necessary technical details before production.
How quickly will I receive a quote?
Most straightforward vanity requests can be quoted relatively quickly once we have the essential dimensions and design information. More complex architectural or highly customized projects may require additional review before final pricing can be provided.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. Custom and made-to-order projects typically require a 50% deposit to begin the project. The remaining 50% balance is due before shipment.
After the deposit is received, we prepare detailed shop drawings for your review and approval before production begins.
Do I approve shop drawings before production?
Yes. For custom projects, detailed shop drawings are prepared after the order and deposit are received. These drawings allow you to review the dimensions, configuration, sink and plumbing requirements, and other project-specific details.
Production begins only after the required drawings and specifications have been approved.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Yes, changes can generally be made during the shop drawing and approval stage, before production begins.
Once drawings have been approved, materials have been ordered, or production has started, changes may result in additional charges, affect the production schedule, or may no longer be possible.

Care & Warranty
How should I care for my HEAVEN vanity?
HEAVEN vanities are manufactured using high-quality materials and professional-grade finishes selected for durability in bathroom environments.
For routine cleaning, use a soft, slightly damp cloth and wipe the surface dry afterward. Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, solvents, and prolonged exposure to standing water. Following these simple guidelines will help preserve the appearance and protective finish of the vanity for years to come.
Can I use standard bathroom cleaners on the vanity?
We do not recommend using aggressive bathroom cleaners, bleach, abrasive products, or strong chemical solvents on finished wood surfaces.
For everyday maintenance, a soft damp cloth is generally sufficient. If additional cleaning is required, use a mild, non-abrasive cleaner suitable for finished wood surfaces and test it on an inconspicuous area first.
How durable is the finish?
Our bathroom vanities are protected with professional-grade, water-resistant finishing systems designed to withstand the humidity, moisture, and everyday use associated with residential and commercial bathrooms.
The longevity of any wood finish depends on proper installation, ventilation, cleaning, and maintenance. Standing water should not be allowed to remain on the surface for extended periods.
Are HEAVEN vanities waterproof?
Our finishes provide a high level of resistance to moisture and everyday splashes, but finished wood cabinetry should not be considered completely waterproof. The vanity should not be exposed to standing water, continuous direct water contact, or excessive uncontrolled moisture.
Does HEAVEN provide a warranty?
Yes. HEAVEN stands behind the quality of our craftsmanship, materials, and manufacturing. Warranty coverage applies to eligible manufacturing defects and is subject to the terms associated with the specific product and order.
Because our products are made to order, any warranty concern is reviewed individually so we can determine the cause and appropriate resolution.
What is not covered by the warranty?
Warranty coverage does not extend to damage resulting from improper installation, plumbing leaks, standing water, excessive or uncontrolled moisture, improper cleaning, abrasive or chemical products, accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear associated with use.
Natural wood is also a genuine material with inherent variations in grain, color, texture, and tone. These characteristics are part of the material and are not considered manufacturing defects.
