Order Cancellation

Each HEAVEN piece is handcrafted to order. If you wish to cancel, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order at designwithfurniture@gmail.com

Cancellations made within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund minus processing fees. After 48 hours, production begins and materials are allocated, so we are unable to cancel or refund custom orders.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

Once your cancellation request is received and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing by your payment provider.

Processing Fees

All canceled orders are subject to a processing fee (covering administrative and transaction costs). This amount varies by order size and will be communicated at the time of cancellation.

Returns and Exchanges

Because each vanity and furniture piece is made-to-order and customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
We encourage all clients to carefully review dimensions, finish samples, and design details before confirming their purchase to ensure the piece fits your space and expectations.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue at  designwithfurniture@gmail.com.
We will promptly assess the case and, depending on the situation, offer a replacement, repair, or partial refund.

Custom Materials and Variations

Our pieces are crafted from natural wood and premium materials, which may show slight variations in color, grain, and texture. These natural characteristics are part of the material’s beauty and are not considered defects.
