At HEAVEN, we take great care in crafting and delivering each custom piece. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle production, delivery, and timelines for your order.

Production Time

All HEAVEN vanities and furniture are made to order.
Our standard production time is 3-5 weeks, depending on the design and finish selected. Large or fully custom pieces may require additional time, and we’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

Shipping Method

We ship all products via insured freight carriers to ensure safe delivery.
Each item is professionally packed and shipped on a pallet to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Shipping Duration

Delivery times vary by destination.

  • Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days after leaving our workshop.

  • Please note that exact timing depends on carrier schedules, distance, and weather conditions.
    We will provide tracking information once your order is shipped.

Shipping Area

We currently offer free nationwide shipping within the continental United States.
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, or P.O. Boxes.

Delivery Process

Freight shipments are delivered curbside only (to the nearest accessible point at your address).
If you need white-glove service (in-home delivery and unpacking), please contact us before your order ships — we’ll provide a custom quote for that service.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your delivery upon arrival.
If the packaging appears damaged, take photos and note it on the delivery receipt before signing. Notify us within 48 hours at support@haevenhome.com so we can assist with a claim or replacement.
