Frequently asked questions

What Does a Built-to-Order Kitchen Mean?

A built-to-order kitchen is designed specifically for your space — not assembled from standard modules or fixed sizes.

At HEAVEN, we begin with the architecture, developing a kitchen that aligns with the layout, proportions, and use of the space. Cabinetry, storage, and materials are resolved as one system rather than separate elements.

This approach allows full flexibility in dimensions, finishes, and functionality, resulting in a kitchen that integrates naturally into the interior and is built around how you live.

Where Are Your Kitchens Produced?

All HEAVEN kitchens are designed in New York and built in the United States, with each project produced to order and carefully controlled at every stage.

How Much Does a Custom Kitchen Cost?

Each HEAVEN kitchen is designed individually, so pricing varies depending on the size of the space, layout complexity, materials, and level of detailing.

As a general reference, most projects are priced based on scope — including cabinetry, finishes, and internal solutions — rather than predefined models.

To provide an accurate estimate, we review your dimensions, plans, or concept and calculate the cost based on your specific project.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

Production typically takes 6–8 weeks, followed by delivery across the United States in approximately 5–7 business days.

Each kitchen is shipped fully assembled in a protective crate, with insured freight and coordinated delivery.

Can I Visit and See Your Work in Person?

Yes. We welcome clients to visit our production facility in Brooklyn, New York.

Instead of a traditional showroom, you see the actual process — materials, construction, and work in progress — and review your project directly with our team.

Visits are arranged by appointment.

What Types of Kitchens Do You Build?

We design and build fully custom kitchens — from minimalist handleless systems to modern shaker and refined framed designs.

Our approach follows contemporary European design, adapted for the U.S. market. We work with slim shaker profiles, natural wood, painted finishes, as well as glass and aluminum elements to create clean, modern spaces.

Each kitchen is developed individually, with no standard sizes or fixed models. Materials, proportions, and internal solutions are tailored to the space and the project.

We welcome unconventional and creative ideas, and our experienced team ensures precise execution at every stage.

Do You Provide Installation?

Installation is not the final step — it’s the moment where everything is proven.

Even the best-designed kitchen can fail without precise installation. Alignment, leveling, and integration with walls, floors, and countertops all define the final result.

For projects in New York and surrounding areas, our team handles installation directly. This ensures the kitchen is assembled exactly as designed — with correct geometry, tight tolerances, and full control over the outcome.

For projects outside the region, we provide detailed drawings and technical guidance, working closely with your contractor to ensure the same level of precision on site.
